to share our passion for sailing and exploring the Sea of Cortez
and the Loreto Bay National Park with our guests.
The Bay of Loreto National Park was created 1996 and covers over
800 square miles. The Marine Park conservancy consists of numerous
inlets and five pristine islands including Isla Coronados, Isla
Carmen, Isla Danzante, Isla Montserrate and Isla Santa Catalina;
it is the largest of Mexico’s marine sanctuaries. In 2005,
the Park was inscribed to the United Nation’s list of protected
World Heritage Sites and includes over 800 species of marine life;
many of them endangered.
This is a fantastic area for sailing and cruising, with dozens
of secluded beach-lined anchorages, perfect for exploring by kayak
or dinghy, hiking, beach-combing, diving, superb, world-class fishing
and of course, the best sailing imaginable.
The colorful, historic town of Loreto also offers a multitude
of interesting opportunities; with fine dining at numerous excellent
restaurants, superb shopping and the plazas, malecon and old Spanish
Missions to explore.
Alaska Airlines serves Loreto’s new International
Airport with short, two-hour, non-stop flights from LAX.

Loreto Bay and the Sea of Cortez
Enjoy a leisurely Sailing Excursion aboard a private yacht and
relax as you glide 
through the beautiful waters of the Sea of Cortez,
where dolphins and whales abound. Your experienced Captain will
take you close to Isla Coronados, Isla Carmen or Isla Danzante
to explore and admire the deserted coastlines and abundant sea
life aboard your luxurious sailing vessel: the beautiful and well
equipped, Beneteau 473, “JAMBO DUEX.”
Your Captain will handle all of the sailing chores, but guests
who wish, will have 
the opportunity to take the wheel and receive
sailing instruction along the way.
Options include: superb, world-class fishing, stopping at secluded
beach-lined anchorages to enjoy exploring by dinghy or kayak, hiking,
beach-combing, swimming and diving.

Please note that the Captain reserves the right and sole discretion
to cancel or terminate any trip, at any time, for reasons that
jeopardize the health, well being or safety of passengers or
vessel. Reasons may include, but are not limited to: threatening
weather or sea conditions, lightning strikes, medical problems
or emergencies, unruly passenger behavior, or any other reasons
that may affect the Charter. Refunds or partial refunds will
be considered if a trip is canceled or terminated prematurely.
However, said refunds, if any, will be determined at the sole
discretion of the Captain and owner of the vessel.
